I used to hate cauliflower. Then I saw how many of you guys like it. I made Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Cauliflower and then my cauliflower world was totally rocked by this Cauliflower Crust Pizza. Cauliflower is white, mild in taste and low in calories. Hello, what not to like?! Wohoo, let’s abuse cauliflower for the next 50 recipes. It’s dirt cheap, which is quite important as I’m spending hundreds of $$$ on organic chicken breasts on my quest to see the abs.

How was your Halloween? I ate zero corn syrup sugary candies. Zero. Could care less…But when it comes to this, I’m all in. I love dark chocolate and I love fudge. Usually fudge is made of condensed milk, butter and sugar. But not this clean, vegan and gluten free chocolate fudge. Full of healthy fats avocado and walnuts are combined with natural sweetness of banana, antioxidant power of cocoa powder and sprinkled with coarse sea salt for that mixed feelings taste.:)

When the weather gets hot, I don’t turn the oven or grill often. And I do not crave meat. Or when my fridge is almost empty, or I’m in a rush. Then I have Sriracha Avocado Salsa Toast. Simple, clean and vegetarian open faced sandwich – slices of avocado layered on a piece of toasted organic whole grain (Ezekiel, sprouted) bread, that is spreaded with mild salsa and drizzled with a few drops of Sriracha sauce.
