Clean Eating Cookie Dough Ice Cream

I made this 4 ingredient ice cream for kids when they had friends over and it was all gone. No wonder as it was creamy, chocolatey and sweet. I can’t call it Clean Eating but this ice cream is WAY healthier than any of its counterparts. Made with organic coconut milk, local raw honey, organic chocolate syrup and organic Qi’a bars. Little bits of bar tasted like cookie dough. You can use any flavour you like. I used Roasted Peanut Dark Chocolate and Mocha Cocoa Hazelnut.

Healthy Key Lime Pie Bars

A few weeks ago we started to get “boiled” here in Vancouver and I think I “spit out” about 5 no bake desserts during that time. Global warming at its finest because it is only May. Vanilla Popsicles

3 ingredients vegan and gluten free popsicles that my kids couldn’t wait for to set! I thought maybe darkish colour would put them off. Nope, not a problem.
