Anti Inflammatory Tea

Sometime last month I got bored with all my beverages. I pulled out a French press and started adding everything I had on hand to make tea, remembering seeing Dr. Axe’s turmeric tea on social media. Last thing I added was turmeric and apparently I came up with delicious organic anti inflammatory tea. Which, by the way, didn’t cost an arm and a leg. This healing tea is made from the ingredients in your pantry and fridge, and is so good for you!

Orange Ginger Salad Dressing

Food photography depends on weather like I depend on wine while raising my children. Today was a very grey day with never ending rain. So, I digged through my “to post” folder and found this Orange Ginger Salad Dressing. It is sweetened by oranges and spiced by fresh ginger. It is so good it deserves a post of its own. I already used it in making Winter Fruit Kale and Citrus Quinoa Salads. I guess it is that good!

Healthy Gingerbread Fudge

As much as I do not like to add “Clean Eating” in front of the recipe’s name, this time I have to in order to let you know this gingerbread fudge does not contain condensed milk or loads of sugar. Instead, my healthy gingerbread fudge is loaded with healthy fats and is naturally sweetened. The sacrifice is you have to keep it frozen and serve right before enjoyment. So, put on your cutest apron, quickly zoom between the guests and stack it back in the freezer.

Sockeye salmon fillets marinated with lime zest + juice and freshly grated ginger for 10 minutes, and then quickly broiled. Healthy Gingerbread Loaf Recipe

I have never made a gingerbread loaf before but that bottle of organic molasses looked too sexy not to buy.
