Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, organic
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce (I used Bragg’s)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • Garlic clove, small
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.

Store: Refrigerate in a glass airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks.
