Healthy Homemade Popsicles Recipe are as bright and colourful as store bought but won’t ruin your kids health. These easy 2 ingredient fruit pops contain no added sugar.

  • 4 cups ripe and sweet any fruit or berries
  • 12 large mint leaves


  1. In a powerful blender, blend all ingredients until very smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds and freeze for 3 – 4 hours.
  2. To remove popsicle from the mold, hold it under hot running water for a few seconds (plastic needs more time than stainless steel to come off).

Store: Freeze for up to 3 – 4 months.


To make 3 kinds (2 each) of popsicles, I used heaping 1 1/4 cups of 3 kinds of fruit.
