Healthy Homemade Popsicles Recipe are as bright and colourful as store bought but won’t ruin your kids health. These easy 2 ingredient fruit pops contain no added sugar.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 3 hours
- Total Time: 3 hours 5 minutes
- Yield: 6 popsicles 1x
- 4 cups ripe and sweet any fruit or berries
- 12 large mint leaves
- In a powerful blender, blend all ingredients until very smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds and freeze for 3 – 4 hours.
- To remove popsicle from the mold, hold it under hot running water for a few seconds (plastic needs more time than stainless steel to come off).
Store: Freeze for up to 3 – 4 months.
To make 3 kinds (2 each) of popsicles, I used heaping 1 1/4 cups of 3 kinds of fruit.
