Orange Ginger Dressing

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 large orange, diced
  • 1 inch ginger, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
  • Ground black pepper, to taste


  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.

Store: Refrigerate in a container for up to 5 days. Shake well before serving.
