Too hot or too lazy to cook? Make this 5 minute healthy raspberry smoothie recipe with avocado that is packed with fiber, protein and healthy fats. It is perfect for hot summer days or when you don’t feel like making breakfast which I never feel like, I think I mentioned it a million times. I’m not a morning cook an I never know what to eat for breakfast. Smoothies are perfect for “breakfast losers” like me. Haha, kidding but kind of true story.

With this raspberry smoothie, all I do is pull out almond milk from the fridge, frozen raspberries from the freezer, protein powder from pantry and grab avocado from a fruit basket on the way to the blender. Easy-peasy, no mess, no cutting boards, no dishes and I feel full till lunch because this breakfast is complete – carbs, protein and fats. Bam!

    1. Yes if you drink it right away (chia expands up rapidly) and add a bit more milk if necessary, just play it by ear.:) You are welcome! It’s amazing meal in a glass in this heat!
