Air Fryer Turkey Breast

Air Fryer Turkey Breast is an easy way to cook a small portion of a turkey, with perfectly juicy results, for a smaller holiday crowd. It’s seasoned with a herb infused butter that helps to add moisture, taste and that  crispy outer skin!

Boneless or Bone-in  Turkey Breast, Skin On Butter Garlic Cloves Dried Rosemary Dried Oregano Salt & Pepper Smoked Paprika (optional)

Ingredients You Need

In a small bowl, add butter, garlic, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper. Mash with a fork until well combined.

1. 

Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F.

2. 

Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels and rub with herbed butter on both sides and under the skin.

3. 

Place turkey breast skin side down in the basket of the air fryer, and cook for 15 minutes – if boneless, 20 minutes – with bone-in.

4. 

Flip it over and continue to air fry for another 10 minutes – if boneless, 15 minutes – with bone-in, or until internal read thermometer reads 165 degrees F.

5. 

Remove turkey breast from air fryer and tent with foil for 10 minutes, allowing meat to rest.

6. 

Slice with sharp knife and serve warm with your favorite holiday sides.

7. 

Refrigerate roast whole or sliced in an airtight container for up to a week. Freeze sliced or cubed up to 3 months.
