Almond Flour Pumpkin Bread

Healthy Almond Flour Pumpkin Bread is moist and fluffy, packed with warming pumpkin pie spices and topped with crunchy pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients You Need

In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, baking powder + soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and salt.

Add to bowl

Whisk well until combined. Add almond flour and mix gently with spatula to combine.

Mix well

Pour batter into loaf pan, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds

Place batter  in pan

Bake for 50 minutes. Cool in pan 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool another 60 minutes before slicing.

Bake

Slice with sharp serrated knife and enjoy for breakfast, brunch, snack or dessert!

Store covered in a cool dry place for up to 5 days. Freeze in an airtight container for up to  3 months.
