Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast

Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast will be the star of your Thanksgiving meal! Juicy and tender meat seasoned with brown sugar rub and wrapped in crispy bacon for the best turkey recipe ever!

Ingredients

In a small bowl, add brown sugar, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, pepper and stir. You can use same amount of fresh thyme for even more flavor.

1.

Place turkey breast on a plate or work surface and pat dry with paper towel. Then brush with olive oil and rub with spice mixture, making sure to cover each side of the turkey breast. You can also sprinkle on the rub as well.

2.

Wrap strips of bacon on top of the turkey breast, overlapping each other a bit and making sure to cover entire turkey breast. As you have 2-3 slices layed, secure it with toothpicks on both sides.

3.

Transfer onto prepared baking sheet and bake uncovered for 90-95 minutes, it’s about 30 minutes per pound. Or until a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 160° F.

4.

Remove from the oven, cover with aluminium foil and let rest for 10 minutes. Remove toothpicks, slice using a sharp knife and serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite side dishes.

5.
