Easy  Roasted Turkey Legs

This recipe for Baked Turkey Legs is an easy way to enjoy a taste of turkey without cooking an entire bird! Enjoy these turkey drumsticks with juicy and tender dark meat inside and crispy skin outside using our foolproof method.


Preheat oven to 425° F. Then, in a small bowl, add onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and stir with a fork.


Place turkey legs on a large plate, pat dry with paper towels and brush with oil. Sprinkle with a spice mix evenly all around and place on prepared baking sheet.


Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Then cover loosely with foil or silicone lid and bake for another 30-40 minutes.


Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.


Serve warm with mashed potatoes, a side of roasted veggies or favorite salad.



Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
