Ground  Turkey and Broccoli Pasta

One pot Ground Turkey and Broccoli Pasta with turkey, broccoli, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese has incredible taste and is ready in 30 minutes! It’s a healthy ground turkey recipe that your family will beg you to make over and over again.

Olive oil Onion Ground turkey Pasta Veggie of chicken stock Salt and pepper Broccoli florets Tomatoes Garlic Red pepper flakes Parsley (optional) Parmesan cheese

Ingredients You Need

 Preheat large Dutch oven or pot on medium heat and swirl oil to coat. Add onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes.

Add pasta, stock, salt and pepper; stir and level with spatula. Then cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes, checking after 10 minutes.

2. 

When pasta is al dente, turn off heat and add broccoli, tomato, garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir.

3. 

Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Add parsley and Parmesan cheese and gently stir.

4. 

Serve hot. Enjoy!

5. 

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. I wouldn’t recommend freezing.
