Blueberry Salsa Recipe with strawberries and lime, great with salmon, chicken or on its own.

Method:No Cook + Chop
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp agave nectar
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
In a medium bowl, combine blueberries and strawberries. Set aside.
In a small bowl add mint, cilantro, chili powder, agave nectar, lime juice and whisk to combine. Pour over berries and gently mix just enough to combine. Let salsa rest for 10 minutes in the fridge before serving (ideal to let all flavours “marry each other”). Serve with multigrain plain, cinnamon or pumpkin chips as an appetizer. Also great to top off fish, chicken and pork.
Store: Can be made ahead: refrigerate assembled, covered up to 24 hours or refrigerate berries and dressing in separate covered containers for up to 2 days and combine 10 minutes before serving.
