Air Fryer Frozen  Chicken Breast

Save time with this Air Fryer Frozen Chicken Breast recipe. From freezer to dinner table in 30 minutes, your delicious, juicy chicken breasts are cooked to perfection.

What You Need

Preheat to 360°F for five minutes. Add the frozen chicken breasts to a large bowl and drizzle with oil. Using your hands, rub until all chicken breasts are evenly coated.


Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.


Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in a single layer leaving a little space between each breast. Cook the chicken for 15 minutes, more if chicken is thicker.


Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes. Insert meat thermometer to make sure it reads a minimum of 165°F. Your quick dinner is ready to serve!



Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Reheat in a lidded pot with a splash of water or broth to ‘steam’ them until warm.
