Almond Flour Butter (ghee or coconut oil) Cane, coconut or regular sugar Cacao or cocoa powder Egg Pure vanilla extract Salt Baking powder Chocolate chips

Ingredients You Need

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees and line 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer.

1.

Beat in egg next, then milk  and vanilla.

2.

Add cacao powder, baking powder, salt, and almond flour. Stir with a spatula first to avoid the cacao powder going everywhere. Beat with hand mixer until creamy.

3.

Add chocolate chips and stir until incorporated. Transfer batter into the prepared baking dish and level with a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes.

4.

Remove from the oven and let cool for about 30 minutes. Lift out of the pan by the parchment paper flaps.

5.

Transfer to a cutting board  and cut into squares for serving.

6.

In a cool dry place for a few days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw on counter or in fridge.
