Cinnamon Apple Bread

Easy and moist Healthy Apple Bread loaded with 4 cups of apples and warm spices that will make your house smell amazing when baking. Made with whole grains and no refined sugar this apple quick bread recipe is naturally sweet, hearty and absolutely delicious.

Any apples Eggs Applesauce Maple syrup or honey Oil Pure vanilla extract Cinnamon Nutmeg Baking powder Baking soda Salt Whole wheat or spelt flour

What You Need

Preheat oven to 350° F and spray ceramic non-stick 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs for 10 seconds. Then, add applesauce, maple syrup, oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, salt and whisk until well combined.

Add spelt or whole wheat flour and stir gently just enough to combine. Be careful not to over mix.

Add apples and give a few more gentle stirs to combine.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and level gently with spatula.

Bake for 60-70 minutes our until the toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a cooling rack to cool off completely.

Cut into 10 slices with serrated bread knife and enjoy!

Store

Store covered in a cool dry place for up to 2 days. Refrigerate covered for 3 more days.
