This Healthy Pumpkin Bread recipe is naturally sweetened, made with whole grains and is full of warm cozy spices. Moist and fluffy, it uses an entire can of pumpkin puree!
Whole wheat or spelt flour
Pumpkin puree and oil
Maple syrup and eggs
Pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon
Baking powder, baking soda, salt
Pumpkin seeds, optional
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a cooling rack to cool off more. Cut into 10 slices with serrated bread knife. Enjoy!
