Ground turkey White beans Kidney beans Broth Celery Onion Tomato sauce Chipotle in adobo Chili powder Taco seasoning Salt and pepper

Brown meat: Preheat large 5–6-quart pan. Once hot, add ground turkey and cook until it is crumbled into small pieces (around 5 minutes).

Sauté onion and garlic: Add chopped onion and garlic and reduce stove to medium heat. Allow to sauté for a minute or two.

Brown remaining vegetables: Add finely chopped celery and bell pepper and cook for a further five minutes. Stir only occasionally to allow the veggies to brown.

Simmer: Add ground turkey and all remaining ingredients back into the Dutch oven/pot, stir, and cover with a lid. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes.

After the chili cools slightly, place in an airtight container and refrigerate the leftovers for up to 5 days. Freeze up to 5 days.
