Preheat air fryer at 380°F for 5 minutes. Then, in a large bowl or dish, add chicken, drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray, add chicken breasts in a single layer and not touching. Air fry at 380°F for 16 minutes, no need to turn or shake.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.Reheat air-fried chicken breast in a lidded pot with a splash of water or broth to ‘steam’ them until warm.
