Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry

This Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry is easy, healthy, low carb, and combines your choice of mixed vegetables with a simple, aromatic honey garlic stir fry sauce!

Ingredients You Need

Make sure vegetables are chopped before cooking the stir fry. In small bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients.

1. 

Heat non stick skillet on medium high heat. Add oil, half of garlic and ginger and cook 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes. Remove.

2. 

Add remaining oil, garlic and ginger. Cook 30 seconds. Add vegetables and cook another 3 minutes.

3. 

Whisk sauce and add to the work. Stir and let sauce come to a boil, then cook until thickened.

4. 

Add shrimp back, stir and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

Refrigerate covered for up to 2 days. Do not freeze. Reheat in microwave or on stovetop.
