Ingredients

dark chocolate chips
1/2
cup
peanut butter
smooth or crunchy
1 1/2
cups
rice krispies cereal
regular or brown rice

Instructions
In a large bowl, add chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 1 minute intervals until melted, stirring in between. Takes about 2-3 minutes.
Add rice krispies cereal and stir with a spatula until well mixed.
Line 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper, pour mixture into it and level with spatula carefully not spreading on the walls.
Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy.
