Easy Baked Chicken Drumsticks with crispy golden skin seasoned with 6 pantry spices and no marinating. This chicken recipe fits any budget and pairs with any side!
Preheat oven to 425 F and line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add chicken drumsticks, drizzle with oil and toss to coat using the kitchen tongs.
Sprinkle with onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Mix with tongs to coat evenly.
Spread in a single layer on previously prepared baking sheet (use another one if necessary) and bake for 35 minutes or until thermometer inserted in the thickest part registers 165 F.
Remove from the oven and serve with potato wedges or rice, and a simple salad or roasted veggies.
Notes
Store: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat in air fryer at 375 F for 5 minutes (my favorite), in the oven for 10 minutes or in a microwave.
Freeze: Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight.
