In a food processor or high speed blender, add cottage cheese.
Process for about 2 minutes or until smooth, pausing and scraping the walls with spatula.
Enjoy instead of yogurt, cream cheese or sour cream. Spread on toast and drizzle with honey or top with avocado, tomatoes and seasonings. Serve in a bowl with high protein granola and fruit. Use as a dip for veggies and crackers.

Store:Transfer into the same container or an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
