Super Bowl, Olympics, hockey nights you name it might leave you feel hungry and grumpy. As for all I know, most sports watching occurs during miserable winter months, right after New Year when we are all trying to be healthier – we diet, go to the gym and feel not “normal”. And here we go to a party and there is pizza, chicken wings, nachos and tons of sugar. “I can’t eat that”. Well, then don’t. It’s all up to you!
First of all, stop dieting and get back on track with a group of amazing go-getters. We eat real food, enjoy treats in moderation, but most importantly we cook at home and don’t diet. Diets are so old! Who diets now? It’s gonna all come back as soon as you stop dieting.
Secondly, don’t avoid any upcoming Game Day and Olympics viewing parties because did you know Olympics are once every 4 years?! Pick a recipe or a few from below, make it and bring it with you. Or host a party with some rock start main and do it a potluck style. Stick to healthier options but enjoy life a little. Next day, just get back on track.
Got it? Let’s dive in. We’ve got healthy game day dips, sliders, nachos, tacos, chili, pizza, bites and desserts ideas here and if you need even more idea, check out our list of healthy snacks.
